Pumpkin Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

So let's talk About decadence. Pumpkin. Cream cheese. Stuffed. French. Toast. Medicated. This almost seems too good to be true. And if you make it correctly it may be the only meal you eat that day. That being said we went crazy and did it right. We got the thickest cinnamon bread we can find. Prepare to eat your face off, and then nap for a few hours. Our pieces were so huge that if you eat it all, you would be in a food/stoner coma ALL DAY. So obviously that's what we recommend!!!! So what are you waiting for???? Go out and get the ingredients, and get fat and happy!!!!
Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Milk
  • 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBSP cinnamon
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Canned Pumpkin
  • 12 Slices Bread
  • Butter
  • Syrup
  • Tincture

Instructions
 

  • Mix eggs and milk in one bowl.
  • In another bowl mix the cream cheese (softened), brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin.
  • Spread the pumpkin mixture on 6 slices of bread.
  • Top each slice with another slice to make a sandwich
  • Pinch the pieces of bread together to keep the pumpkin inside (pretty much impossible with huge giant cinnamon bread but we did it).
  • Dip into the milk/egg mixture on each side.
  • Griddle it up like regular French toast but with medicated butter!!!
  • Serve with tincture mixed with Maple syrup.
